There is a very popular area for beach lovers and sun seekers in Tenerife. Placed in between Torviscas Playa and Playa del Duque. The resort is up market and well maintained. There is lots of restaurants, shops and bars available. It is just a short walk along the coastal promenade to the above areas. Playa del Duque being a class on it’s own. After Playa del Duque you eventually come to La Caleta. This is another lovely area and well worth visiting. This would be a walk for the fairly fit and hardy though, or by taking more time just strolling and stopping for a refreshing drink on the way.

 There are not a vast amount of Properties in Fanabe as there are more touristic hotels in the area. There is the popular shops and restaurants for a perfect holiday.The properties that are popular in the area are; Yucca Park, Isla Bonita and Lagos de Fanabe, Los Brezos and Miraverde. These properties have been built in the mid 1990,s and are well established. The properties in Fanabe are very good for rental as well as residential use. There are lots of good hotels in the area, but when you look at the price of a holiday in the area in a 5 star hotel it can be expensive. It is often a lot less expensive to rent an apartment or house in the area. This makes properties in Fanabe well sought after. This in turn can make the properties in Fanabe maintain their price. It also means that the properties do not come up for sale too often and are prestigious.
