            “The friendly Seaside town”

                  Las Galletas is a very popular, small and quaint seaside town located on the Southern coast of Tenerife. There is a harbour where you will see various boats bobbing up and down out to the sea. There is a local fishing industry where the fishermen catch and sell their fish on the local market right next to the beach. This was once all that the area had in the 1960,s. Now there is the long promenade which has lots of café bars and restaurants. There is a friendly Spanish seaside atmosphere and the town itself has a collection of shops where you can buy just about everything you would need. There are even 2 nearby golf courses as well and the area is very popular for deep sea diving.
                 The nearby town of Costa del Silencio is so close that it is walk able. The Properties here are mainly apartments and townhouses on complexes and are all walk able to the sea front. The prices are very competitive as well. Some of the popular properties in the area are named below. Property prices start at around €70,000 for a studio or 1 bedroom apartment in the area. A three bedroom house in the area will be between €250,000 to €350,000 depending on size, views and if the property is detached or on a complex. The properties next to the sea always command a higher price and these properties are nearly always older as they were the first to be built.
