In Just 25 minutes drive from Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas there is a resort that is so different that you could be forgiven for thinking that you are on a different Island. The sheer cliffs cascade down at almost 90 degrees and plunge into the sea. It really does take your breath away. The properties in Los Gigantes are built into the steep mountainous landscape and the most popular of the properties have the views of these cliffs and of course of the sea. Down in the harbour and along the front there is still a quaint Spanish feel to enjoy but you have to appreciate that there is quite a steep hill to climb up to the properties. The area has a great historic fan club that has grown over the last 30 years, it is not at all rowdy or boisterous and the properties vary from Apartments to large grand Villa’s. There is a lido in the village and lots of quaint shops and restaurants, café’s and cake shops. The people who own properties in Los Gigantes do not feel the need to move out of the area and only feel they have to go south for a change of scenery. Properties in Los Gigantes are very good value for money and represent good investment.
