Properties in Oasis La Caleta

                    In 2007 Kurt Conrad completed a superb complex of 1 and 2 bed roomed properties in the heart of the popular fishing village of La Caleta. The properties are situated in 6 small blocks making each property having peace and tranquillity as they are not part of a huge complex. The majority of the properties are 1 bedroom apartments but there are a small number of 2 bedroom apartments. Prices start at €200,000 for a 1 bedroom property. 2 bedroom properties start at around €280,000. Each property has marble floors, fully fitted kitchen including a dishwasher and there is a garage or parking space included. Fitted wardrobes are included in each property as well as bedroom security shutters which have vents for fresh air. Most of the properties in Oasis La Caleta in block 1,2,3, and 4 have sea views. The top floor properties in blocks 5 and 6 have a sea view and the lower level properties all have a pool view.

                     The complex has lush gardens that frame the beautiful pool and sunbathing area making the atmosphere that of an Oasis. The complex has security fencing and gates. The bottom gate leads to the shops and restaurant and is just a stone’s throw from the sea front.

                     Oasis La Caleta Properties are in a residential complex at the moment so week to week holiday rental of the properties is not permitted. This is subject to change if more owners vote to allow holiday rental.You can rent your property out on a “Long Let” contract.

                     To the left side of the Oasis La Caleta properties there is the Caleta Palms complex which completed in the first part of 2011. These properties start at over €450,000 for a smaller 2 bedroom property and go up to €1 million for a large 3 bedroom penthouse property. To the left of this is the Magnolia complex which is completed at the same time. Properties here start at €350,000 depending on position and property type.
