Properties in Playa Paraiso.

Just a 10 minutes walk from Calleo Salvaje  or a 30 minute car ride from the air port there is the up and coming area of Playa Paraiso which is in the municipal region of Costa Adeje. There is a public lido style, salt water swimming area on the sea front and plenty of local restaurants and bars nearby. The area is not too hilly and a walk from one end to the other would take 20 minutes. There are 4 and 5 star hotels there, one of the most popular being the well known Bahia Principe. Properties in Playa Paraiso start from as little as €60,000 for a studio apartment and go up to around €2,000.000 for a luxury Villa style property. Because of how new the area is, there are lots of properties in Playa Paraiso which still have stunning sea views. As the area develops and second line properties in Playa Paraiso are added, then these properties will lose some of the views. It is not essential but a car is advised so you can travel the 10 minutes drive to the bigger supermarkets and beaches in the La Caleta, Playa Fanabe and Playa de Las Americas areas. The popular Spanish town of Playa San Juan is just a 15 minutes drive up the west coast and Los Gigantes is 30 minutes drive away. The location is very good and properties in Playa Paraiso represent very good value for money and are a good investment. When the area gets more built up and there is more there to do then the price will rise.
