The complex, Tenerife Royal Gardens is situated in a really great location on the sea front in the up market area of Playa de Las Americas. It literally is a minute’s walk to the beach. The area is surrounded by up market shops and restaurants and has a very salubrious feel and is known as the golden mile. The shopping centre Oasis is just across the road the popular clothes shop, Zara is located here. Tenerife Royal Gardens is next to the Mediterranean Palace and very close to the Mare Nostrum resort and all the hotels in the area are 5 star. It has a superb pool, children’s pool and sunbathing terraces. It also has 24 hours security and the complex is secure with limited access from the main reception. You literally have everything you need right on your doorstep.
 
Properties for sale in Tenerife Royal Gardens are not cheap in price. You would expect to pay over €150,000 for a studio in the complex which would need some renovation work. Studios apartments here that have been refurbished would cost around €200,000. 1 bed room properties for sale in Tenerife Royal Gardens sell from around €180,000 but if they are in very good condition can sell from around €250,000
 
2 bedroom properties for sale in Tenerife Royal Gardens can sell from €375,000 but the properties for sale with a sea view and a large sunny terrace would be over €400,000. There are not many properties for sale in the area due to the fact that there are many up market hotels and we are in one of the top destinations for holidays in Europe and especially with the all year round sunshine. There are other complexes in the area where you can buy a property such as Parque Santiago. These properties are also front line and are also reflected in price. Other complexes well known in the area are El Paso, a lovely complex but not front line and not as good views. Optimist is well located but not front line and has very restricted views. There is no more front line land to build more properties in this lovely area so it comes down to supply and demand and location, location,location !!
