                      In the year 2001 the well known construction Gomasper started to develop a complex at the top of the popular town of Los Cristianos next to the popular holiday rental complex called CastleHarbour. An original 2 bed room property on The Heights will start at around €145,000.  The price goes go up to €185,000 again depending on the position etc. There are garages included with some properties on the heights but sold separately the price would be €7,000 to €10,000. There are lifts on the complex and the community is very well run, making sure the complex is maintained well and kept in nice order.
