On the 1st of September 2015 Morfitt Properties Tenerife opened their brand new office in Compostela Beach. “We are proud of our new location after looking around for over a year for the right place to put new roots down”.
The office is located on the walkway from CC Oasis (which is commonly known as the Safari centre) to the beach, passing the popular Fish & Chip shop called Scampi’s. There is a steady stream of clients, both holiday makers and residents who are found around this popular promenade. There is an internet / Money exchange next door which is busy and this works well for their business too.
In this area they attract clients looking for properties in the immediate areas such as Compostela beach, El Paso, Parque Santiago I to IV. Azahara, Torres del sol and Tenerife Royal Gardens. They do sell properties in Tenerife much further afield and have properties for sale from Santiago del Teide on the West coast to Arafo on the far eastern coast. Lee Morfitt & Paul Connolly formed a partnership in May 2012 after both working in other Estate Agencies in Tenerife since 2003. With a drive and focus on customer care Morfitt Properties Tenerife have gone from strength to strength and remain as strong a driving force in the Tenerife property market and are second to none. “I would not say that we sailed through the recession from 2008 but we worked hard, looked after clients and vendors and are still here, when many closed and some even left the Tenerife” said Lee.
Now, in 2016 the Tenerife Property market has picked up significantly and confidence is back again. Morfitt Properties Tenerife are now selling consistently again and using various collaborating agents who have stayed in Tenerife and kept in touch. “We are often asked by other Tenerife Estate Agents to share the properties in our data base and this brings confidence to our sellers also, long may this upward trend continue” added Lee
