This can increase in areas such as Los Cristianos to La Caleta but can be less in areas such as Costa del Silencio or Playa Paraiso. This could go higher if you were nearer the sea and lower if you were situated at the back and away from the sea front, away from the shops and restaurants and up in the hills. Newer properties are higher in price and there are not many new properties for sale near the sea front, so this makes property prices higher. A new 1-bedroom property by the sea front in Los Cristianos / Playa de Las Americas could be as much as €350,000 in Complexes such as El Rincon or Tenerife Royale Gardens.

The Tenerife Property market is diverse with different areas and requirements and in the main, the further afield you go from the resort and amenities then the Tenerife Property prices are lower. This is not to say they are cheap as there are many farms (Fincas) and country estates that are well over a million euros but would come with lots of land. You could get a 2 or 3 bedroom property in the town of San Miguel, Grenadilla or Arona from as little as €180,000

Over the years La Caleta has become a hotspot for clients wanting to buy properties in Tenerife. This has increased the prices in the area. Lots of people want to be touching distance from the sea front and popular restaurants. A one-bedroom property in Mango or El Veril del Duque would command a figure starting with a 4. The Villas in Barranco del Ingles can command a figure of around €6.000,000 and some of the bigger properties for sale there which are built over 600m2 on plots of over 2,000m2 can be even higher.
