The El Mirador complex reminds me of a small Village. It is situated in the heart of Los Cristianos.
It was constructed in 2003 by popular developer Gomasper. The El Mirador complex design and architecture was so well thought out and popular to buyers of property in Tenerife in the boom years.

El Mirador is a residential complex although you do see them on some websites advertising a rent from €300 per week and have very good rental occupancy figures due to the great location and low rise village style. The complex is still popular both for rental and residential use and because of this, prices have always been higher because of the area and design.
Properties for sale in El Mirador Properties can range from €170,000 for a one bedroom ground floor apartment. Top floor properties are a little higher and can command around €200,000 depending on views, position and condition.
